Tall rectangular wooden base with black plastic instrument panel; instrument panel is attached to base via four metal screws, two on each side; two small black plastic knobs that adjust up and down as they are turned are on the top of instrument panel, one on each side; large black plastic dial with knob in center of panel; dial has a white meter on it ranging from 0-100.
