Zum Schreiben vom 7. März 1938 teile ich ergebenst mit, dass zur Erteilung des Heimatscheines für Ihren Sohn Max Albert die Zustimmung des Wehrbezirkskommandos - Ausland- noch aussteht.
Sobald diese Zustimmung hier eingegangen ist, wird der Heimatschein erteilt und nach Zahlung der Gebühren, die bei Ihnen eingefordert werden, dem zuständigen deutschen Konsulat zur Aushändigung an Ihren Sohn zugehen.

In reference to your letter from March 7, 1938, I would like to inform you that the approval of the military district command – foreign division – is still required for the issuance of the certificate of residence for your son Max Albert.
As soon as this approval has been received here, the certificate of residence will be issued. After you have paid the fees, it will be sent to the responsible German consulate to deliver to your son.
