Draft of a telegram from Max Bredig (1902-1977) requesting “SOLIS”, also known as Wilhelm (Bill) Werner Fuchs to contact his sister, Marianne Homburger (1903-1986), and her family. Marianne, her husband Viktor Homburger (1888-1968), and his brother Paul Homburger (1882-1965) are all held at the Gurs internment camp at the writing of this telegram.

Solis is Wilhelm Werner Fuchs' telegraph call name.
