EPUT (Events Per Unit Time) meters measure changes in voltage during a specified amount of time, and so can be used to count or measure any event that can be represented as a voltage change or pulse. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in temperature, velocity, pressure, and rotation. They can be used for a variety of data handling and reduction purposes.
