Sehr geehrter Herr Doktor!

Dear Doctor,
When you ordered a ticket for our event on May 30, 1934, you were kind enough to make a one-time donation in the amount of 25 Reichsmarks. While we are pleased about your interest in our work, we are unfortunately unable to accept the donation. However, we are able to raise funds through contributions from our friends. Due to the guidelines and decisions of our organization, we are bound by a minimum contribution and are obliged to adhere to this minimum amount.
We have therefore returned the donation of 25 Reichsmarks to you. After making an appointment by telephone, we request that you give our colleague, Dr. Berent, the opportunity to discuss with you the purpose and goals of our organization.
Sincerely,
