Butter-Soft Scrub Dress
- 2019 – 2021
A navy blue, size medium scrub dress with short sleeves. There are two pockets in the front and button adjustments on the sides. On one of the pockets is a small white emblem that appears to depict a cloud.
The scrubs were worn by Linda Ruggiero, a nurse in the greater Philadelphia area who treated COVID-19 patients. According to Ruggiero, "I wore them for the better part of the first 6 months of the pandemic. We were actually given special scrubs to wear so we didn't have to wear our own, but scrub pants are usually too long on me, so this was more comfortable. I felt like with all the discomfort of the PPE (personal protective equipment), I would at least be more comfortable in my own scrubs."
