WICHTIG EILIG
ZUR GEFL. KENNTNISNAHME

IMPORTANT URGENT
FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES
I would like to notify you of information received in a telegram earlier today from Europe. In addition to the Navy Certificate, the British authorities also require a separate list of contents, which must be signed and certified by a public notary.
For this reason, in order to avoid delays in delivering your property, everyone who has submitted Navy Certificates to me to forward, must also immediately create such a list. It does not need to be complete but written to the best of your knowledge. Please sign it and have it notarized. It will then be forwarded with the Navy Certificate.
I strongly suggest that you do this immediately.
H.G. Ollendorff
