Publisher: Zahn & Jaensch, Dresden". The title of a dissertation, A Study of Bredig Platinum Sols (1943) by Joseph Mindel (1912-2002) is handwritten on the back of the card. The dissertation concerns Georg Bredig's (1868-1944) work studying the formation of metallic hydrosols by the action of the direct current arc under
water and dilute solutions of electrolytes.
