1996 resume of Willie E. May. May is an African American analytical chemist who has been awarded numerous honors for his work in biological and chemical measurement science. May is the former director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). In 2018, he became the Vice President for Research and Economic Development at Morgan State University.
