Manuscript is written in an unknown hand and consists of notes on an vivisection experiment conducted by Lorenzo Bellini (1643-1704), an Italian physician and anatomist. The experiment involves stopping and restarting the motion of a dog's diaphragm by pinching and releasing the phrenic nerve. The date of this document and Newton's interest in this experiment are unknown.
